For Service inquiries please email service @ splicedetector.com with details of the issues so we may be able to address possible reasons to include incorrect electrical hookup, machine vibration, web flutter, or other potential application challenges of your particular installation. Should you have an older system provided by Nash & Harrison, Leigh Controls or R.K.B. OPTO-ELECTRONICS, INC., please contact our office to request our refurbish quotation which will bring your unit up to current mechanical/electrical standards. If you have a European style system, please advise as our 24 VDC unit should be quoted which will make installation very easy for replacement.
